01 — Inspection

Fire door surveys

Communal and flat entrance doors inspected against BS 8214:2026. Certification evidence, gap measurements, hinges, seals, closers and ironmongery recorded and photographed door by door.

02 — Remedial works

Repairs

Closers, hinges, intumescent strips, smoke seals, letterplates, spyholes and locks — carried out by time-served locksmiths who work with this hardware every day.

03 — Replacement

Doorsets

Third-party certificated doorsets installed in accordance with their certification, with certification documents supplied for your building safety records.

The report

Every survey ends with a costed schedule.

A list of failed doors is only half a job. You still need to know which door matters most, what it costs to put right, and how to evidence the decision to a freeholder or an insurer.
